Services & Technical Advisement

Recognition and Diagnostic of Engine Operation

We offer measurement service, for reciprocating machines all over the world. During service depending on the conditions, we are able to measure up to 4 machines in one day. The crankshaft position sensor is installed on the flywheel by our specialist. Installation of the measuring system on the engine takes up to 10 – 15 minutes.

Periodic / Preventive Measurements and Diagnostics of Engine Operation

We offer the sale and training in the use of our measuring equipment of reciprocating machines for crews all over the world. Our instruments and training are suitable for measuring 2 – stroke and 4 – stroke engines. A special pick-up sensor for RPM value collection is permanently installed in the flywheel cover. Directly under the pick-up a small hole in the flywheel is drilled (6x6mm) by our qualified measurement specialist.

Technical Advice & Risk Assessment

Our company is hiring technical specialists, chief engineers, and analysis specialist all which are ready to support you with any technical advice or issues with the engine. Comprehensive technical knowledge allows us to aid your needs. Thanks to the data obtained from the engine and the analysis we are capable to make precise diagnosis of the faulty component in the engine.
