Services & Technical Advisement

ONE-TIME MEASUREMENT SYSTEM

 

We offer measurement services, for reciprocating machines all over the world. During service depending on the conditions, we are able to measure up to 4 machines in one day. The crankshaft position sensor is installed on the flywheel by our specialist. Installation of the measuring system on the engine takes up to 10 – 15 minutes.

PERIODIC AND CONTINUOS MEASURING SYSTEM

 

We offer the sale and training in the use of our measuring equipment of reciprocating machines for crews all over the world. Our instruments and training are suitable for measuring 2 – stroke and 4 – stroke engines. A special pick-up sensor for RPM value collection is permanently installed in the flywheel cover.

Our innovational technology incorporates three types of signals—High, Raw, and Ultra-frequency signals—gathered from the engine body. When combined with pressure signals collected from the combustion chamber, these signals enable us to effectively diagnose various engine components, including injectors, fuel pumps, cylinder head valves, oil pumps, water pumps, main bearings, and camshaft bearings. Thanks to modern analytical methods, we can address problems related to combustion and engine balance. Continuous engine monitoring allows us to assess risks at any given moment and identify which engine components require additional attention or immediate repair/replacement. If necessary, we can provide guidance on preventing engine overload or operating the engine at low loads to prevent serious damage.

 

Drawing on our experience and a series of measurements, we can assist in determining whether an engine inspection is already warranted. The results of our diagnostic procedures are both measurable and repeatable.
